Two types of postdoctoral fellowship positions are available in the Han Lab.
(1) Postdoc fellowship under T32 program of NIH for which the applicant must be a US citizen or a green-card holder (permanent resident).
(2) Postdoc fellow positions without the restriction of nationality.
Requirements for a postdoc position.
The ideal candidates will hold a Ph.D. and/or MD in Cancer Biology, Cell Biology, or Molecular Biology. Experience in the area of genetically engineered mouse models or organoid culture is a plus. The required skills include but are not limited to: strong molecular and biochemical skills, cell biology, mouse models, immunology, cancer metabolomics, cancer genomics. We have opportunities for scientific projects at the graduate levels. The Han laboratory is now available to students from the departments or programs of Tumor Biology, Biochemistry & Molecular Biology, Microbiology & Immunology, and Georgetown School of Medicine.
